Example monthly costs
Most businesses think in monthly spend, not per-minute rates. Here are two typical scenarios.
Wallet and top-up
Vomyra uses a prepaid wallet. Calls and number rentals are deducted from your balance in real time.
Top up
Add balance from Dashboard → Billing → Add Credits. Minimum top-up is ₹500. Payments are processed via Razorpay.
Low balance alerts
Vomyra sends an email when your balance drops below ₹200 and again at ₹50. Enable push notifications in your dashboard profile to receive mobile alerts.
Auto top-up
Enable auto top-up in Dashboard → Billing → Auto Recharge to automatically add a fixed amount when balance falls below your threshold — prevents call interruptions at scale.
Balance expiry
Wallet balance does not expire. Your credits remain until used.
Refunds
Unused wallet credits can be refunded when closing your account.
To request a refund, contact support@vomyra.com with your account details. Partial refunds of unused balance are supported on account closure.
When balance reaches zero
Vomyra doesn't cut off mid-call, but new calls stop immediately.
Top up your wallet to resume service — no configuration changes needed.
Auto top-up failure
If an automatic recharge fails (expired card, bank block), Vomyra sends an email notification. Resolve it in Dashboard → Billing → Payment Methods and manually top up to restore service.
KYC and live call enablement
Live phone numbers require business KYC — this is the most common onboarding question.
Available without KYC approval
Live phone numbers (inbound and outbound) require approved KYC.
Common questions
Quick answers to the most frequent billing questions.
When am I charged?
