Tools
Vomyra allows you to extend Myra's capabilities by attaching tools that she can invoke during or around a call. Tools are organized into the following categories.
Tool categories
Built-in Call Tools
Pre-configured tools provided by Vomyra that handle common call actions. Each tool is triggered automatically at a specific point in the call lifecycle.
Custom Tools
Connect Myra to any external API. Define HTTP requests with authentication, headers, and dynamic parameters that the AI fills in during the conversation.
Client-side Tools
Execute browser-side actions during live calls via the Web SDK � update your UI, access local browser APIs, and respond to Myra in real time without a server.
Tool Rejection Plan
Define how Myra behaves when a tool call fails. Set a fallback message, configure retry attempts, and choose whether to continue or end the call.
Tool Assignment
Tools must be assigned to your agent before they can be used. You can assign one or more tools at any time from the Tools section. Assigning tools to your agent replaces the existing tool list � make sure to include all desired tools in a single assignment.
